I accept payment from Paypal, and with Amex, Visa and Mastercard via Worldpay.
Shipping and Delivery
The time taken to prepare individual orders may vary. For details see individual items, but most items are shipped within 3-5 days of an order being placed. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Customised or personalised items may not be returned or exchanged.
I do not accept cancellations on print orders, however please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
For classes of £40 or less there are no refunds. This is because class sizes are currently kept small due to the Covid-19 pandemic and a small change in numbers can make the difference between a course being able to run or not.
For classes over £40 the cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel between 8 - 28 days before the start date of a class a 50% refund will be given.
If you cancel seven days or less before the start date, you will forfeit all fees paid.
There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a weekly class begins. There are no refunds or transfers for workshops rescheduled due to Covid-reasons (see further details below).
Should any workshop need to be cancelled in order to comply with government guidance a full refund will be given, or the option to transfer to another course date. If you are unable to attend a course because you are self-isolating you will be offered the opportunity to transfer to another workshop at a future date, up to 12 months from the date of your original course. If you subsequently cancel your place on a new or reschedule course no further refunds or transfers will apply unless it is for a Covid-related reason.
If shipping on any order is delayed due to Covid-19 related reasons you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and given the option to either wait a little longer for your order or to cancel and receive a refund.
