Payment Methods
I accept payment from Paypal, and with Amex, Visa and Mastercard via Wix payments, as well as from Apple and Google Pay.

Shipping and Delivery
Smaller items are shipped free of charge or charged upon checkout.


For paintings on canvas, or framed paintings, I will contact you after your order is placed to advise you of the delivery costs. If these are not acceptable to you and are not paid within 14 days of notification, I reserve the right to cancel your order. Where convenient, you may opt to collect from my address within 14 days of placing your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply. 


The time taken to prepare individual orders may vary.  For details see individual items, but most items are shipped within 3-5 days of an order being placed. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs, or due to industrial action by postal or courier services.

If an event outside of my control impacts upon delivery times, I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided I do this I will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact me to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. Please see Returns and Exchanges for conditions in the event that an item is already in transit.

While every effort it made to accuractely depict the colour of products on this website, I am unable to guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the colours and your chosen product may vary slightly from the images. 

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Customised or personalised items may not be returned or exchanged.


I do not accept cancellations on print or artwork purchases, however please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

For classes the cancellation policy when you wish to cancel a place is:
If you cancel between 8 - 28 days before the start date of a class a 50% refund will be given.

If you cancel seven days or less before the start date, you will forfeit all fees paid. 

There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a weekly class begins.

If a course place is booked in error and you notify me immediately, a refund may be arranged, however I will deduct an administration fee of £5 plus any transaction charges applied by your payment provider.

Please see below for conditions where I need to cancel a class or course.

Course amendments or cancellations

Should any one-off face to face workshop need to be cancelled due to illness or emergency, you will be given the option of an alternative course date, or receive a credit which can be used against another course or product within 12 months from the date of your original workshop. If you subsequently cancel your place on a new or rescheduled course, no further transfers will apply.

If a weekly online class needs to be cancelled due to illness or emergency, in most cases the project and video demonstration will still be provided and the work can be reviewed in the following week.  If more than one Zoom session is cancelled a pro-rata refund for each week missed will be issued at the end of the course.

If a weekly face to face class needs to be amended or cancelled due to illness or emergency, the following conditions will apply:
If I cannot teach a class in person due to Covid, but am well enough to teach, I will provide an online class instead.

If I am too unwell to teach, an alternative date will be offered, or a pro-rata refund or course credit will be issued at the end of the course.

Courses depend upon having sufficient numbers to run. If a workshop has to be cancelled by me due to low numbers, an alternative date/course or a full refund will be offered. If a weekly class is unable to run due to low numbers you will be offered a full refund or a credit on workshops or products, as preferred.
