Payment Methods
I accept payment from Paypal, and with Amex, Visa and Mastercard via Wix payments.

Shipping and Delivery
The time taken to prepare individual orders may vary.  For details see individual items, but most items are shipped within 3-5 days of an order being placed. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  I am not responsible for any delays due to customs, or due to industrial action by postal or courier services.

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Customised or personalised items may not be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations on print or artwork purchases, however please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

For classes the cancellation policy is:
If you cancel between 8 - 28 days before the start date of a class a 50% refund will be given.

If you cancel seven days or less before the start date, you will forfeit all fees paid. 

There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a weekly class begins. There are no refunds for workshops rescheduled by the tutor due to Covid-reasons. See separate Covid-19 policy below.

Covid-19 policy

Should any workshop need to be cancelled due to the tutor having Covid or another illness, you will be given the option to transfer to another course date, or to receive a credit which can be used against another course or product. 

If you are unable to attend a course because you have Covid you will be offered the opportunity to transfer to another workshop at a future date, up to 12 months from the date of your original course.  If you subsequently cancel your place on a new or reschedule course no further transfers will apply.
